Due to Covid, for Australia and New Zealand, Please allow at least 5-7 business day to deliver from our Australia warehouse after your oder is placed.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed the following business day.
Most orders are shipped via Post Office unless under special arrangement.
We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays period i.e. Christmas / New Year etc., please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
For international order excludes Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, please allow 7-10 business days to deliver from our warehouse. The receiving date will depends on the country and the delivery service being chosen.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products.
We do not offer Refund to the products being sold; however, we do offer return only if the product relates to our quality issue within 3 calendar days of goods received. The return product can be exchanged to a same new product or other product with same value.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of product professionals will inspect it and process the return under our agreement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a return.
